Cactus Classic

we went out to gold butte the weekend of April 9th to check out all the wild flowers and we ran into a hell of a snow storm out there. we had a great trip. these are some of the shots of the cactus. its not very often i get to shoot snow on the yucca and Joshua.

Here are a couple more of some shots taken on the nevada Arizona line shooting over the grand wash  looking towards pidegeon canyon and mustang point. What great country.

Red Canyon - Breakin in the New Camera

On the way home from the cabin we stopped through red canyon to take a few pictures. As always it was beautiful. We were just on the edge of a storm so we got the full range of weather and light. Such great country. I got a new camera so these are my first shots with the new rig. What a great place to break it in.

A Trip to the Hills

The boys and I were able to head for the hills a couple of weekends ago and man was it great to get out. We went to the Gold Butte country and enjoyed every minute of it. We got in some snow, rain and then a beautiful clear evening. We were able to add yet another great trip to the books.
