I always called it Azure Wash but on the maps its labeled Garden Wash. Either way I dig it. Yet another great trip out to the back country of Gold Butte. If the current county proposal goes through this will be surrounded by wilderness however the actual road will be cherry stemmed in. However we have seen those closed too after time.
Legislation will get introduced this summer to make Gold Butte an NCA with unchecked amounts of wilderness that is nothing but a shameless solicitation to the environmental lobby for votes in November. When the time approaches I will ask for your help to create an honest check and balance, which is so desperately needed, to fight the establishment in DC if they turn on the local constituents who love this land and have for generation.
